Terex® Minerals Processing Systems has launched a new Modular Product Line in response to customer feedback. The System 200 Modular Crushing and Screening Plant consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static "plug and play" modules. This simple but effective product line gives flexibility to customers to choose "ready to work" modular crushers and modular screens to create the plant needed for a variety of applications. The System 200 has the capability to process up to 200 tph (180 mtph).

Modules to choose from include the MJ42 Modular Jaw, MC1000 Modular Cone, MV2000 Modular VSI, MHS6203 Modular Horizontal Screen, MIS6203 Modular Inclined Screen and the MSF24 Modular Surge Hopper. All modules are designed to fit and work together interchangeably. Set-up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range. All of our modular crushers and modular screens bolt together on site and require minimal on-site wiring. Designed with logistics in mind, each module, including all its components, can be transported in one or two containers.

The System 300 Modular Crushing and Screening Plant consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static "plug and play" modules. The System 300 has the capability to process up to 300 tph (275 mtph).
