Versatile Crusher - High Production

The Terex® Canica VSI (Vertical Shaft Impactor) portable plants bring the most versatile crusher into the portable crushing fleet. These crushers can handle the widest range of applications and materials while producing at high production. The VSI plants perform well in secondary or tertiary crushing applications and because they are portable, they can be pulled into most any crushing circuit, especially where improved product shape is needed.

Terex® Canica TXC Series Portable VSI Plants

The diesel powered TXC Series portable plants feature high performance Terex® Canica vertical shaft impactors. The TXC2350D can produce up to 400 tph (360 MTPH) of throughput and accept up to 6″ (152mm) feed size (depending on crushing chamber selection). The TXC Series convertible crushing chambers can be configured in three variations: HD (shoe and anvil), ROS (rock on steel), or ROR (rock on rock) to provide crushing solutions for all levels of material abrasiveness. The heavy-duty bearing pedestals with large spherical roller bearings handle high capacities.

Terex® WV2000 Wheeled VSI and Inclined Screen Plant

The Terex® WV2000 combines the rugged reliability of our 2000SD Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher with our efficient and durable inclined screen. The result is a high production crushing and screening machine. The highly mobile Terex WV2000 wheeled plant is suitable for working in many different crushing circuits and will handle almost any aggregate material. The WV2000 is an all electric plant which easily ties into new or existing secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing applications. The Terex WV2000 is designed to help you be more profitable. The high performance four-deck screen and powerful VSI crusher have the flexibility to deliver four variously sized products with increased efficiency.
